P.s. I have no opinion on this topic, but it is being used as a smokescreen under "new paradigm" approach- Gillard is attempting to wedge the opposition. Like telling the opposition not to act like an opposition. Make everything bi-partisan...yeah, right it's only bi-partisan if it's Gillard's agenda, and done so she gets all the kudos - Abbott has spotted this a mile away. It's beginner's stuff from Gillard - again.
Also interesting that Bob Brown is driving the national conversation as much as Gillard these days...........
