Hi Shares, given your post I should exclude you from my commentary in the previous post. Like all politicians I have no doubt that their would have been a number of contributors to the speech. You probably know the process as well as I do LOL. However my understanding is that Rudd may get suggestions drafts etc from his advisers but often likes to frame his speeches himself. Obama I understand is the same.
One of the reasons these two leaders can do that is that they have a special skill in that area. Both are in the top echelons of intellectual capacity with a very high IQ.
