I was at my friends new servo on the NSW north coast just yesterday.
He spent $millions rebuilding and I went down with him to check it out.
We saw probably about twenty Tesla's in the day and I would not recognize other brands of EV's so I cannot comment on the numbers there.
I am sure you know the M1 from Brisbane to the Gold Coast as we have spoken about it before.
The numbers of cars was horrendous.
I don't know what the hell they are are going to do in the future but they have already started on six lanes in each direction.
Where the hell do all the cars come from?
Where the hell are they all going to charge when it gets to 50-50 ICE to EV like they say it will.
As I see it the only practical places to charge will be work while you are there and at home.
It costs $millions just to buy the land to build a servo.
Why would an investor or oil company, spend many multiples of that to put in chargers, and the required hard stand in order to park cars on it charge their cars with another companies products.
