I will await Amanda's reply. Sounds like Lynas have been consulted as they seem to have agreed to C & L before sending the concentrate to be finished at the LAMP.

Also sounds like Australia have refused to take back existing waste so this could be a win win.

If Malaysia has acknowledged that Lynas cannot export the existing waste but will still allow "cleaner" concentrate to be sent to lamp then that must mean a PDF for existing waste is ok.

Once the fog has cleared this could actually be a good outcome. No expensive export of waste, and a foothold in Australia where C & L could later be expanded to total processing.

There is just too little detail to know the big picture yet.
