    Anyone actually read any of the notice of general meeting?

    The implied value is now down to 48c from 51c on announcement.

    Any other bid has to be prior to the vote on Feb 13 so only 1 month left - looking like the end for MMX

    Also looking at wether to pay majority back to S/h (majority not all) is preferred but may look at alternatives incl. investment of the money.
