    we've known about the government assistance package for weeks now.

    to me, it was almost a no-brainer to buy ARI a few weeks ago.

    once the announcement comes out, watch the share price rocket.

    also, let's not forget the banks' proposal.. any deal there would be better than the GSO deal, providing a further catalyst
