    The CR was not arranged last second as is obviously stated in Trading Halt announcement below.
    The trading halt has been requested pending an announcement regarding the finalization of a material capital raising;
    I am sure Goldman Sachs would have better information available than Retail Holders yet seemed all the more happy to buy at market recently . It seemed the large dump towards the end of the trading day prior to trading halt was to slow down the stock price increase so that the CR price to be announced shortly looks all the more flattering .
