At the risk of being proven totally wrong, I'm thinking we'll fill that long-standing gap at 8c before 30th September 2019.  Possibly much sooner .

Plenty of newsflow to come:
- the US/China trade war is heating up and rare earths are in the spotlight
- a resource update is due
- PFS is expected by September
- offtake agreements are possible at any time
- very close to new rail infrastructure, which should reduce the time & capex to get to production
- moving towards London listing
