    Chart looks to be bottoming out around these levels, so I change my sentiment to BUY.

    Serious catalysts due by March, then June as listed by recently appointed CFO's short term incentives. Long term incentives to commence construction by December.

    LSE listing soon. I expect volume to arrive over the next 2-8 weeks.
