Its RBW not REE, and are you serious ? Burundi ! Just had a look at their Management team and discovered that the Murray Basin is in WA...... ? I am still looking for some actual FACTS but I suspect they will be equally as ethereal. Might I suggest you look at the demand side of this commodity to realise that NdPr is going to be in short supply from 2020 onwards, so anybody who can produce a decent concentrate is not going to have to many problems selling it especially if they have Chinese connections.
