The other place for RE prices is http://en.steelhome.cn/ but these are paid to get up to date. i'm not sure of a free source that gives what you would need to track the spot price. In any case the only price available are domestic china
also, keep in mind if you are looking at China prices that they include a 13% VAT tax that the producers do not keep.
the only real word price outside china that readers can track is the one Rainbow rare earths release in their reports. they are selling a concentrate from Burundi with similar attributes to what PM8 will produce. Perhaps the PM8 concentrate will a slightly higher NdPr but they are materially similar
and the price rainbow is getting is very low. i've voiced the concern previously that the price they are achieving is not attractive and that PM8 faces that risk but the market is moving in the right direction and I think REMC prices will be better than now come PM8's turn to sell
(fwiw i would rather they focus on upgrading the RE product personally as I dont see the concentrate generating high enough returns - imo they will slowly move this way but to say "low capex startup" works for now in this phase of the company's development). dyor
