These are catalysts we now have timelines for, thanks to our new CFO. 30% base pay incentive is to good not to go for/achieve IMO.
The project looks a goer based off this info. Base case was used for everything and the IRR still turned out fairly good. I expect improvements on recovery rates and a grade increase.
