Inco, I would wait until I hear from FAS board how they will vote on the proposed resolutions. Everything points to the fact that they are all in bed together. Neutral shareholders will not miss out on big profits, because they own the shares and the company has assets in the ground. Remember, as long as there are no further dilutions, the only way is UP the moment an upgrade is announced. If you don't mind waiting, patience will be rewarded.
Also, something tells me that the recent selloffs of GWR have been converted to FAS by those in the know. They got 10-12 FAS shares for every GWR sold and now they have profited big time. Now, tell me what will happen to FAS shares when GWR announces an upgrade? Which shareholders will benefit the most from this?
