    I have a feeling that when the next substantial holder notice is released to the market PMM's stake will be in excess of 15% and heading toward 20%.

    PMM's MD had indicated in an article on the weekend that they would move for a fairly immediate position on the GWR board...finally some experienced and credentialed persons to lead the way!
