at this stage they should be doing a cheap share buy back... they just puzzling shareholders / maybe they just pumping up the next report with the cash or a surprised reduction of their little debt..
I surprised private equity hasn't made a all in cash offer for it, maybe they looking forward to the next report as well before making a move...
