Ok, so thanks Von, that pretty much wraps up my questions, but it still hasn't answered how the shares / ownership structures work.
I honestly don't know jsut thought some might.
Ignoring the voting which IMO PMR need to say yes its a great deal!
If I owned 10% of SOC, and SOC owned 20% of X and 40% of X.
As a SOC shareholder do I own
10% SOC?
2% X?
4% Y?
