I am just glad it is PMR reinventing itself and not SOC. I don't like it when a company drops its knitting and races off to do something else .... to me it indicates that what the company was initially doing was not worth the effort. [although SOC did strip out the best bits of PMR]
I have no idea how to value the PMR acquisition but since they will be raising cash I expect SOC will be diluted to a very minor holding. [IMO, just when the World looks like going into a tailspin it is not the best time to be buying a digital service company .... but whatever]
With the recent cash from the NSW Gvt we will at least see about $250,000 of new drilling by SOC. It must be prospective for it to have passed independent scrutiny.
