SOC has 15% interest in PMR. PMR's MC is ~$6M which gives SOC an on paper interest of $900,000.
If the "proposed significant transaction" is material and concludes with some deal it can only be good for SOC.
It would be my expectation that if Mt Adrah was somehow involved then there would, of necessity, have been an announcement from SOC as well.
