Thanks for all the answers, especially yours Andy. Still waiting on my own accountant to clarify but no doubt he will regurgitate what Andy has discussed.
I asked my accountant a similar question re: any enquiry into getting physical PM, and he too said none.
Demand from the retirement funds, super funds etc is yet to awaken to this option IMO, which is funny when you consider super money is generally not accessible and you are trusting in a banking system we all know has major challenges ahead namely solvency ... of course safety deposit boxes can be lost when a bank goes down too so something to consider.
