I am surprised by this announcement, believing and assured by an executive that PMT had sufficient funding to continue its drilling program for many months to come. And as so often, this offer most likely only going out to sophisticated investors. I sincerely hope that I am not wrong, but my initial enthusiasm for the management team of this company is somewhat fading. So from Buy to Hold for me for the time being.
