Rock Tech is building a lithium hydroxide plant in Brandenburg Germany. I don't know where they are getting their feedstock from. Possibly Africa as a guess - Zimbabwe? But I don't really know. There's also a plant being built in Teesside in the UK. I don't know who's building this one. Vulcan has also said they are planning a hydroxide plant in Germany but I don't know how far advanced or solid these plants are given the history of Vulcan in boosterism.
