The current Lithium Carbonate Equivalent (LCE) price for PMT is $197 per tonne, and for LRS, it is $238 per tonne, though this might change as they need a CR. The average price for developers is around $120 per tonne. Unfortunately, many investors in this thread are not fully aware of the situation.

Cv13 was initially seen as a potential source for production before 2030, but the "vega" zone mentioned earlier was just speculative until we get results from hole 210 or 220. For now, Cv13 remains uncertain and faces additional complications with Cree relations.

While the Chisasibi Cree were consulted about the impact of mining Cv5, Cv13 falls within Mistissini territory, and mining will necessitate providing jobs for the Mistissini community, making the situation complex.

Both the Wemindji and Chisasibi Cree have expressed concerns regarding traffic, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues if PMT uses the Trans Taiga and Billy Diamond Highway. This is a significant concern for the Wemindji Cree, who will not benefit from the jobs but will have to deal with the trucking of 800 klt of SC6 per year. The only viable solution is to build a road south past Adina and Renard.

Regarding capital expenditure (Capex) and operational expenditure (Opex), a minimum of $1.2 billion USD is required for a 5 mpta plant. This might reduce Opex to under $1000 USD per tonne, but this is doubtful considering the 1600 km round trip to and from Quebec. Additional Capex will be needed to build the road past Adina to use rail at the same point as WR1.

Rio Tinto, the largest miner in Canada with 16 operations, is not looking to engage in another conflict with local communities and environmental issues. PLS has conducted thorough due diligence, and haulage costs remain a significant challenge. Without addressing the road and Cree issues, this project is unlikely to progress. By then, Winsome will likely be smoothly operating Renard.

Considering the current scenario, I would recommend selling now as the company’s prospects appear to be worsening, and the timeline for development is extending. While I believe this resource will eventually be mined, it is unlikely to happen within the next 10 years.

you may begin your attack, but i am correct, this will keep going towards an LCE average of 120 imo.
