A few observations:
1. PMET was pricey
2. The underlying chemicals that the product they one day wish to mine is in the toilet along with sentiment.
3. ALB appears to have walked. TBH if they had bought LTR they would be filing for chapter 11 by about now
4. Another potential admirer looks like it is more likely to go its own way (PLS P2000). RIO also another option likely to go Jadar.
At current pricing barely anything in Canada is viable. This will change. This has 2018 - 2020 written all over it.
The trouble is this kind of downturn often takes a lot longer to wash through.
