I like Blair and think he's doing a good job and has the right skillset. Ken as the rockstar chairman is perfect.
Ken is probably doing a lot behind the scenes. However, it might be nice to REMOVE the non-exec tag.
I'm sure there would be enough WORK for both now.
However, if there was change... Maybe Ken as Chair and CEO and Blair as Prez? (his current role, loses the CEO title to Ken) *Blair would likely not happy about that.
Would be good to see MORE of Ken. The more the market sees him, the more buying happens IMO.
I really can't see any new hires that help them over the next 18 months. It's basically just drilling another 80,000m to get to a 300M ton JORC and prep for PFS/DFS.
