Different jurisdiction, different mining techniques.
It's also likely that PMT will have a much much larger resource then LTR once the rest of the drilling is completed. Best illustration of that is here:
There is also the issue that cashflows now are worth a lot more then in the future. Given lithium prices will likely come down by the time we are producing.
LTR is worth substantially more then PMT on a resource equivalent basis (In my view). I haven't done the numbers, but PMT would probably need twice the resource size to be worth the equivalent of LTR. However, our cost of pulling it out of the ground and processing maybe bring that number way down.
