As a PLS holder, I would really prefer they focus on a large acquisition rather than announce a dividend. PMT is there for the taking with an enormous resource that will be declared in a few months time. If it's not PLS, then anyone of the majors would be nuts not to make a move. Look at RIO, imo wasted USD$825m purchasing a brine deposit in Argentina!!

The problem with PLS at the moment is, it's significantly undervalued - I mean their market cap is just ridiculously low and PLS has a terrible history of diluting shareholders when their shareprice is low. But having $1B cash in the bank and growing at $100 a month isnt helping either - shareholders want to know what will they do with all their cash? Their JV with POSCO is taking ages and to make a play on PMT would be ideal imo.
