Thats just not true at all lol. The way you are trying to value this company is very strange. Do you put zero value on the other 100+ mt of potential? Do you put zero value on the jurisdiction its in, or the low cost model? lol
I dont know if youre new to the stock market or something but stocks are valued on their future potential more then what they have in the moment.
