Because their is always risk involved with anything. Is the MRE going to be 50mt, 75mt, 100mt, 125mt, 150mt or 200+mt?
No one knows at this point its all pure speculation. It will all be revealed by the company in the next day or two and the market will re-rate base on the outcome.
