they retest and retest because the last thing they need is to release an outstanding Ann of high grades only to then say whoops they should not have been that high and then the credibility goes out the window. When the grades are higher then 2% they re test multiple times because it is wayyy beyond normal grades. Way beyond normal grades is either extraordinary or a false reading.
Compared to the overall general grades of all companies world wide, it's mostly 1-1.5%. Grades of 3%+ are extremely uncommon, that's why they need to retest to make sure 100% before releasing news to the market.
