Here is a graph that shows the responsiveness of the value of the Sorby Hills project to movements in the Ag price. I have compared this to today's market capitalisation and share price.
I have used the sensitivity analysis in Figure A-14 of the Optimised PFS, adjusted the NPV according to the new Ag price only, then multiplied the figure by 75% for PMY's share of the project and then discounted it by 20% for uncertainty (knowing now that this is a very heavily de-risked project). I have added to each a net $20M for exploration upside which is minimal.
