    As the price of silver is rising faster than I can keep updating them, I decided to put some calculations in a chart. This estimates the increase in the NPV of Sorby Hills as the price of silver increases beyond the price used in the initial PFS of USD 15.40. The reasoning behind this is set out below the chart in a second post. As always DYOR, caveat emptor. V
