1.5c to convert each Option held. So if you've 100,000 options, for example, it'll cost you $1500 to turn them into 100,000 PMY shares.
After options expire they become worthless, however investment losses on options can be used to offset tax.
With PMY valued over 1.5c, and Silver expected to increase significantly in value in coming years, I can't see any reason not to convert (funds permitting). I'll be converting my modest number shortly.
