Goldman sachs are the biggest finance company in the world hence there thoughts and ideas you would expect to be quite accurate.
It is quite pessimistic to believe that copper will return to #1.20 a pound. With decades of growth in China, India, South America and other asian countries and the fact that copper is not a renewable resource (i.e. it will eventually run out all together, just like other metals, oil, etc)
Just my thoughts.
