there is unlikely to be any truth to a takeover rumour, if there ever was a rumour. however, do you really believe that the only bid would be a scrip offer? scrip wouldn't buy a company an office luncheon at the local pub at the moment and is unlikely to for the foreseeable future.

cash is king which counts oxiana out of any play for pna and as i said previously, oxr would be more inclined to pursue jml which would be a suitably sized cash acquisition.

i hope pna aren't taken over.
