Anyone know if Emmetts consulting contract is on hold?
board needs to withhold payments pending enquiry and assessment on his conduct imo.
i have said for many years his remuneration and the remuneration of is successor was a slap in the face of shareholders. I was silent on the last vote as I thought devil you know and safer hands to navigate current negotiations...
if found guilty their conduct will be damning evidence that the board at the time was blind to mode of operations which reinforces the legitamate concerns from shareholders about the unrealistic and opaque nature in which executives were
being remunerated and MEASURED.
shareholders must be compensated for this.
i for one will be attending the next agm in person.
