i agree with you. I am not concerned about statements here on legal doomsday scenarios. We are making a lot of money. Imo knee jerk sales will lose holders money. All the bluster is just spruiking to pressure the price down for a future buy imo. They would not be here otherwise.

but hzn could be doing so much better with clear measures and targets for execs on wages that dwarf the salaries of ceos of much larger organisations.

there is more to running a company than just deals. They need to be accountable to the shareholders by managing risk to deliver results. The board must hold them accountable.

this just hi-lights that the board must have more say and visibility especially when working in such a corrupt environment.

I share your confidence that they will probably come through this favourably based on the legality of their actions.

sometimes changing command is both necessary and could deliver dramatically positive results.
