imo hzn looks good. They have disclosed their position in the absence of any other.
if they have done nothing wrong they should approach the afp and asic voluntarily for clarification. They obviously don’t see the need for a trading halt.
without this disclosure asic and the afp need to consider the harmful impact And motivation for any potential misinformation. They themselves would not want to be pawns in what could be a very public market manipulation.
