The timelines seem a bit strange. The date on the cancellation of the EL is 14/12/2015 but the MRA say in their press release that they notified IDC on 8/1/2016. This delay gave 3 speculators time to lodge claims in front of IDC by the sound of things. I can see why FH/IDC are seeking a judicial review of the process.
Good luck to all holders, I'm just lucky I bailed before VA. If it ever gets back on track I'll be aboard again. All these crooked games make me certain that there is something special at Mt Kare.
