Well, not to be pernickety, LTI, but don't think a CEO Bulletin is WELL overdue :)

We had one 16 Feb, then on 12 May the CEO's AGM address, then another CEO Bulletin 8 June, then the most recent about six weeks ago, 2 September. That's four decent Bulletins in eight months. Going on that, you'd have to say one is due/coming up in the next couple of weeks...maybe? Coincide with a PNG update? Other initiatives? At least we know one is coming...what it will contain is of more interest...
