This is a very interesting, and generally accurate, depiction of PNG's woes since independence - by a clearly very articulate and very angry Northern Governor and newly elected MP. I note he was previously Customs Comissioner, so he would have a very good knowledge of endemic corruption.
Clearly a socialist, and not a fan of foreign mining companies. Hard to know how he thinks PNG wil attract development capital, but he seems to hope China may help with a new 'Cargo Cult'...
(Hope I'm wrong about the last, because he appears to be the newer politician type that PNG needs.)
