    Thanks for your post,first I have heard of this arrangement.
    On the face of it I believe it to be an MOU between certain landowners and the Ace mining company,of Australia.
    It was signed just over 12 months ago and has not been approved ,in any form,by the various government bodies,to date!Possibly it is being re-considered,as we speak?scanno
