    The chairman was CEO of PNG’s biggest bank for many years. Very well connected across politics and industry as a result. For a mkt cap of $80m GPR is loose change.GPR already has an approved with ML in place (and recently extended),and government has agreed to acquire 5%. All in past releases by GPR.All of the others mentioned have no ML yet, and PNG mining law allows govt to acquire up to 35% at sunk cost. Nothing new.
