    You are confusing me with jack456, who posted that information.

    I have no idea what's going on, other than what I have read here.

    Odd the company IDC doesn't keep it's investors abreast of legal proceedings against it.  IDC hasn't even acknowledged this case, all we have is the post from jack456.

    Perhaps you should contact the company and get them to "enlighten" you and then you can "enlighten" us?
