Looks like Tommy Maliso might be the supervisor at Barrick Gold.   I think I read somewhere recently Barrick wanted out of PNG?  Perhaps this notice, posted by cowboy kiwi (which somehow I have a interest in, lol) is related to Barrick's mine.  And no, kiwi, I'm not married to Tommy Maliso either
