The Hela landowners court order prevents the LIS from being registered. They were ordered to go through mediation. I don't how long this will take but it may take some time as it is a big subject to work through.

The other case is seeking restraining order to prevent the licence renewal. Mainly due to the fact that the LIS was not registered in time, and some other issues.
maybe you can see the 'catch 22' this presents.
I 'heard' that it wont be until next month, maybe the 12th or so. But dont hold me to that. I also 'heard' that this may change again. Until there is an outcome either way I wouldn't be able to say what the final result is.
