My response was of course, a tongue in cheek one to the ping pong posts regarding the 1 Billion dollar advertisement that was alledged to have been written by Jack456 and Tobyjack, which we now learn may have been written by Tommy in PNG.
However, since we are now on the subject, how much do you think will be spent from this point on to bring the gold out of Mount Kare, as my informed tally is that IDC have spent close to 100 million dollars (99.3 million to be precise, as I added up the capital rasing numbers from the Company quarterly cash flow reports) and IDC themselves say on their website that 60 million dollars had been spent prior to them getting their hands on the asset (probably spent my Madison and Buffulo culminating with the Snowden report), so now we are up to 160 million dollars, which presumably does not include capital spent by other previous owners and not in the 60 million dollar number, so let's round it off to 200 million to try to capture any missing funds from the 160 million dollar number. But you can use which ever one you feel comfortable with. We still don't have a road, a processing facility, an adit, a decline, an open pit mine and other normal gold producing mine requirements/necessities. We also don't have the local PNG specific requirements/necessities nailed down yet such as a renewed exploration licence let alone a full blown mining licence, or a gazetted legal document with the locals explaining who gets the 10 percent they were promised and where the 10 percent is.
So, my question is, and in fairness to current management, as one could debate that there is a new sheriff in town that will clean up the supposed three legal cases, clean up the 25 percent loan debt, sort out the outstanding issues and raise the required capital, but my question is - realistically, how much more capital is indeed required to bring this Company into profitable gold production status ?
