    Unless the road was started within the last 3 weeks, I would say the road is not started yet, as the Company's market update dated October 30th said they had recently negotiated with the Porgera Joint Venture to gain access. I also understand that they require a 'lease for mining purpose' from the MRA to construct the road but others would know more about that.
