Anyone know if the PNG Minister for Foreign Affairs, Trade and Immigration is one of the people required to authorise a payment from PNG Treasury to MST?????

PNG doesn't have a Minister for Foreign Affairs right now!! The previous guy (Don Polye) was sacked a week or two ago.

This could be a rather large administrative problem for any public servant trying to send a payment to MST!!!!!!!!!!!!
