It's not 1x at all..
U for got to mention the dilution that will occur...better to wait for deal to go through if it does at all and buy then as the amount of shares to be issued plus the discount plus free option ECT...
U only throwing Ur money away buying now in my opinion.
They might even look at a share console as they will be doing captial raise after captial raise no doubt in the future in my opinion.
