No problems pizza. Just for the sake of completeness - the actions of libel and slander were abolished by the introduction of the "uniform" defamation acts. The Acts are state based but are the same. They were promulgated in all states (from memory) in 2005. Therefore, we now have what are often called the, "uniform defamation laws / Acts". The Constitution is silent on these laws. The Constitution of Australia deals with broader aspects of law, parliament, the judiciary and Commonwealth / State relations etc.
